Responsibilities
- Running the end-to-end recruitment process, including campus recruitment
- Conducting phone, video and face-to-face interviews
- Sourcing passive candidates
- Advertising roles on social networks: LinkedIn, Facebook and others
- Working with the Greenhouse ATS
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting (in-house or at a placement agency)
- Experience in technical recruiting
- Marketing and content-writing capabilities
- Out-of-the-box thinking
